WiX Blog 101

New to blogs, so in the midst of figuring out WiX - which is a very cool blogging site : )

Some little tweaks to begin:

• Name - cool name vs default name

  • Change your (displayed) author name, so it's more 'meaningful' and not the default username_mash_thingy. Author name shows up with your posts.

    1. Go to Blog management page, click the 'More Actions' button, select 'Blog Settings' to show the Author settings.

    2. Click Edit to set a proper display name!

       • E.g.: change 'username_mash_thingy' to 'Cool Name'.

  • Change your user name! So that the domain name contains your cool name instead of (again!) the default username_mash_thingy.

    • E.g.: you probably don't want this: username_mash_thingy.wixsite.com/your_blog

    • Change so it becomes: coolname.wixsite.com/your_blog
